Job Requirements:

Education & Major: Associate degree or above in Metallic Materials, Casting Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in the foundry industry, with proficiency in one or more casting processes such as sand casting, resin sand casting, or lost foam casting.

Professional Skills: Capable of independently completing casting process design and process parameter optimization; able to quickly resolve technical issues in melting, molding, and pouring; familiar with the ISO quality system; proficient in using CAD, CAE, and other process design software.

Professional Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, and ability to provide on-site guidance in the workshop.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, optimize, and implement casting processes.

Provide technical guidance on the production floor and identify potential process risks.

Analyze quality issues during production and develop corrective action plans.

Conduct trials and promote the adoption of new processes and technologies.

Prepare and refine process documentation and operating procedures.
