Job Requirements:

Education & Major: College degree or above in Casting, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply.

Professional Skills: Basic understanding of the entire casting production process; ability to assist engineers in preparing process documentation and filling out process records;具备 basic on-site problem identification skills; able to support engineers in providing technical guidance and employee training.

Professional Qualities: Strong learning ability, hardworking and reliable, willing to follow work assignments, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Casting Engineer in process design and parameter adjustments.

Follow up on the implementation of process procedures on the production floor, and maintain records and feedback.

Assist in conducting employee training on casting processes to standardize operating procedures.

Participate in process optimization and quality improvement efforts.
