Job Requirements:

Education & Major: Technical secondary school degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Priority will be given to candidates with quality inspection experience in a foundry.

Professional Skills: Proficient in using common inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and hardness testers; familiar with the ISO9001 quality system; able to independently complete inspection of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.

Professional Qualities: Meticulous and rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility; able to strictly follow inspection standards; timely follow up on the rectification of non-conforming products; uphold integrity and impartiality.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials to prevent non-conforming materials from being used in production.

Perform routine patrol inspections throughout the production process to promptly identify and stop any non-compliant operations.

Carry out sampling inspection and full inspection of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Complete inspection records and reports, and follow up on the rectification and re-inspection of non-conforming products.

Maintain inspection tools to ensure measurement accuracy.
