Job Requirements:

Education & Major: Associate degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mold Design, or a related field.

Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in casting mold design, proficient in using design software such as UG and SolidWorks, and able to independently complete mold design and drawing tasks.

Professional Skills: Familiar with mold processing, assembly, and maintenance processes; able to optimize mold structures based on casting requirements to improve mold service life and production efficiency; knowledgeable about casting processes and able to incorporate process requirements into mold design.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, optimize, and produce drawings for casting molds.

Design related tooling and fixtures to meet production needs.

Manage mold records, track mold usage, and develop mold maintenance and repair plans.

Collaborate with the production workshop to resolve issues arising during mold use.
