Job Requirements:

Age Requirement: Under 45 years old, in good health, and able to work in a workshop environment.

Work Experience: 1+ year of experience in turning casting parts, able to read mechanical drawings, and proficient in operating CNC lathes.

Professional Skills: Able to sharpen tools and adjust process parameters; capable of independently completing turning of casting parts and performing dimensional self-inspection; attentive to product quality and production safety, and compliant with production arrangements.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete turning tasks for casting parts according to production plans and drawing requirements.

Perform dimensional self-inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.

Carry out daily maintenance and cleaning of CNC lathes, and promptly report equipment malfunctions.

Comply with workshop 5S management regulations and maintain a clean working area.
