Job Requirements:

Age Requirement: Under 45 years old, in good health, with no negative employment record, and able to work at the pace of the workshop environment.

Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in CNC machining center programming. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in programming for casting parts. Able to read complex mechanical drawings accurately and interpret machining process requirements precisely.

Professional Skills: Proficient in using programming software such as UG and Mastercam; able to independently complete and optimize part machining programs; familiar with cutting parameters for different materials (primarily castings), and able to adjust programs based on machining needs to improve efficiency and product accuracy; knowledgeable about CNC machining center operation procedures, and able to assist machine operators in program debugging and resolve programming-related issues.

Professional Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and detail-oriented, with good logical thinking skills; able to efficiently complete programming tasks and comply with workshop management and production arrangements.

Job Responsibilities:

Independently complete, modify, and optimize CNC machining center programs based on product drawings and process requirements.

Organize programming processes, plan machining paths reasonably to reduce machining costs and improve production efficiency.

Assist workshop machine operators in program debugging and resolve programming-related issues during machining.

Organize, archive, and manage programming documents.

Monitor machining quality and optimize programming parameters based on non-conforming products to ensure products meet quality standards.
